I'm on a mission. In 10 months, I'm gonna beef myself up and get that chiseled body and acceptable weight that I've dreamed off. Hitting the neighbourhood recreational gym 3 times weekly and running the tracks of calm Bedok Reservoir or blazing Tampines Stadium, it will create a total body workout.
